If you prefer to minimize your walking distances, you may select an apartment in the Residence Hall. These apartments are situated nearest the main dining room, chapel, beauty/barber salon, and health services. They are also located within an easy walking distance to the library and fitness center.

The Residence Hall has a variety of floor plans to suit your individual preferences, needs, and financial considerations. Ranging from efficient “expanded studios” to spacious two bedroom apartments, all are licensed for “residential care” by the state of Indiana . This means that twenty four hour nursing assistance is available, from our staff, for any resident living in a Residence Hall apartment.

Services and amenities included in the monthly fee are:

30 meals per month in the restaurant style dining room
