Hoosier Village dining team wows residents with a Dine and Wine pairing dinner

Independent living residents at Hoosier Village had the opportunity to end February 2023 on a savory note with a Dine and Wine pairing dinner hosted by Chef Peter and the dining staff. At the event hosted in The Social, guests enjoyed gorgeously plated appetizers, dinner, and dessert, all paired impeccably with wines chosen to complement each course. Chef Peter described the ingredients from each course, and a sommelier was on hand to talk with residents about the various wines. The event was a huge success, leading to discussions of a sequel.
