BHI has nine other retirement communities: Hoosier Village in Indianapolis, IN; The Barrington in Carmel, IN; The Towne House in Fort Wayne, IN; Wesley Manor in Frankfort, IN; Four Seasons in Columbus, IN; Maple Knoll Village in Cincinnati, OH; The Knolls of Oxford, Oxford, OH; Clark at Franklin in Grand Rapids, MI and Clark at Keller Lake in Grand Rapids, MI.  BHI also has two Active Adult developments: Prairie Landing by The Towne House in Fort Wayne and Athens Crossing by Four Seasons in Columbus.

BHI President and CEO John Dattilo said, “The senior living industry has seen a multitude of affiliations since 2015. Many companies are seeking the strength and financial stability provided by corporations such as BHI. Both companies benefit from the combined knowledge and expertise, as well as heightened purchasing power and the potential to share expenses.” This affiliation is part of BHI’s plan for strategic growth in Indiana and throughout the region.

Jane Richardson, President of the BHI Senior Living Board of Directors, said, “The Board and Executive team feel that Westminster Village North is an excellent fit for our culture and mission. BHI is confident that this partnership will allow both organizations to thrive long into the future. We will continue to look for the right opportunities to expand and offer our services to more older adults.”
